I've lost 20 lbs last year from my highest weight and I've kept it off for a whole year! I've been doing really well and I'm not weighing myself again for another week. I'm at 255, but I'm excited to keep on going. I turned 23 this year and aced my Spring semester! I'm feeling good and my workouts have been good. I've been eating 1800 cal w/ non-processed foods and no white sugar or flour. I'm feeling so good!
My goal now is to lose 55 lbs by December 20th this year.
How are you all? What goals are you trying to meet? For June, I am going to have a goal of 0 binging.
