my weigh in day every week is monday.I lost 2lbs as of this morning and i have 2 days left and ive been eating super good most of the time and not been able to workout so im gonna be super upset if monday comes around and im back to 165
Mini goal#1 get back to the weight i was before i gave up [x]
Mini goal#2 be 141 for my disney cruise [x]
Mini goal number 3 healthy bmi 132 [x]
reach goal of 120 for disney 
I weigh in multiple times a day, it never bothers me because it helps show me how much my weight can fluctuate, they say weigh yourself first thing in the morning but im usually a few lbs heavier at that time then if I wait a few hours and do it!! It will be okay just keep working, Weight isnt that big of a deal anyway inches lost is way better
