What am I doing wrong?!
I did pretty good last year and lost about 85 pounds, but since then I haven't lost a single pound in MONTHS.
I've been stalled since November.
I consistently work out at 4-5 days a week every week and stay with 1500-1700 calories a day. I just don't understand how I can be stalled this long. I am so frustrated I just want to quit.
