I'm eating around 1200-1400, running 3x a week and being generally active every other day (I walk the dog most days for an hour and also have a pretty physical weekend job). Just ordered some swimming gear too so i'll be able to work that into my routine soon enough, a little nervous about what i'll look like though
Weighed in at 185.6 on Sunday which was a 2lb whoosh, so I'm not expecting anything massive this week unfortunately.

ladyfat - I'm working off a 40lb gain so I know exactly how you feel!! Cannot WAIT to see that 17_!

Saw 186 even on the scale this morning! So 6.2 lb to go until I hit the 170s. What I hate about the 190s and 180s is that a loss doesn't really appear in the mirror or in my clothes for me. I'm down 7.4 lbs overall but the difference between 193.4-186 is so much less than the difference between say 143.4-136.

Today I saw 184.8 on the scale!!! Halfway there, only 5 lb left to the 170s. I also realized for my height, 179 is the highest "overweight" BMI (180+ = obese), so once I get out of the 180s, I'll also be getting out of the obese BMI category! This has really lit a metaphorical fire under my (currently rather large) ***.

Hope everyone else struggling in this decade is doing well!

Ladyfat...wow that's so awesome. I can only hope of reaching 141lbs someday. Being there once and knowing that you can do it again if you have done it earlier is a tremendious boost!! And congratulations on the new current low of 184.8..keep up the good work

Weighed in at 186.1 today. Lets hope to
continue on the right track

Appyfizz - I saw 141 on the scale ONCE only haha so I feel a little cheat-y counting it as my low, but I did maintain 145~ for at least 6 months and it was nice! So yes you can get down there! Congrats on your new weigh in as well (and thank you).

Today 184.6. Not really enough of a difference to warrant a new post but I don't care haha. 1.2 lb until I've lost 10 lb this go around (first mini goal) and then 4.8 lb until 170s (second mini goal!).

183.4! Whooshed my way down to 10 pounds lost. This was my first mini-goal, but I didn't have a reward set so I'm not sure if I'll do anything other than have the satisfaction of knowing I lost 10 pounds.

3.6 lb until the 170s! Hope everyone else is staying on plan and patiently awaiting a 17- on their scale .

I had a long spell of bounding between 182.6-183.4 (before this, I was still dropping water weight, so it was going down really frequently. Now I assume I'm on the normal 1-2 lb a week path). I weighed in today at 181.4, I assume I'll bounce around 181-182 for awhile, then hopefully have another 1.4 drop because that will take me to the 170s.

Weighed in today at 179.6 (!!!) so I am officially out of the 180s (hopefully no water retention bumps me back up but I'm calling it!).

See you all the in the 170s threads!

Hi everyone! Been looking for you guys since last week. I hit the 180's this past Saturday. It's not new to me. I was 185 earlier this year in February. I can't wait to be in the 170's. I haven't seen those numbers in about 3years.

I have friends that love to drink and I am an eater when I drink. I have a boss that stress eats and loves to feed me. I have a supportive husband that wants me out of this overweight and lethargic mood. Joined MF earlier this month. Hoping to reach my ultimate weight goal by Feb 2016. I'd love to reach it sooner but at this rate, I'm not getting there anytime soon.

I've been stuck at 185 for a few weeks now
But the inches say I've gone down, so I can't be too upset.

Hey ya'll! I've been on the craziest weight loss roller coaster. Basically 2010 reached my highest point - 203 and started eating super healthy and working out and by the end of the year I was in the low 160s. Between 2009 and present, I've fluctuated b/w 150-180 lbs. I just really need to get back on track and do this FOR REAL this time b/c I'm not happy with the way I look and I'm not proud of the way I've been treating my body. So it's time for me to make some major changes that will hopefully last a lifetime.

I want to start posting regularly to stay accountable and so we can share new tips, recipes and encourage each other as well. So I'm doing weekly weigh ins (Mondays) and this past Monday I weighed in at 181.6. Hopefully I see a change next Monday. I started eating better last week, but cheated twice So far this week has been good, no cheating I'm trying to follow a reduced carb diet, trying to aim for less than 80g a day, and even less if I can help it. I'm actually not eating any bread, rice, pasta, cereals or sugary carby foods. I'm also trying to keep quinoa consumption down to maybe 2x a month. My staples right now include eggs, beans, vegetables (spinach, onions, bell peppers, cruciferous veggies), almond milk, cheese (can't live without it), whey protein, fish 1-2x week, almonds, very little fruit (berries and apples), natural peanut butter, ground flax seed. LOL SORRY for the long grocery list. I just need to put it down so I can hold myself accountable
