Hi everyone! I started my weight loss journey this summer after gaining 40 pounds in college. I went down from 198 to 155 lbs. But after a stressful semester I put back on about 15 lbs
. My goal is to overall completely change my diet, control my cravings, and exercise daily. My goal weight for the end of the challenge is 135 lbs.
