203/201/140ish I have a hard time with portion control and motivation. Picking up some weights tomorrow to start P90x at home. Hopefully with some activity and some portion control (as well as some clean-er eating, I'll be able to accomplish something). |

I'm 20, 5'4'', 160/150ish/120 I count calories, and have been doing more exercise lately, including lifting! I have lots of dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free), but I love to cook and bake. If any of you lovely people think we could be body twins or even regular sisters, let me know! |

I'm 26 and 5'6, SW:200 CW:144 GW:125 I'm gluten free, lactose intolerant, and a vegetarian. I eat mainly unprocessed foods and cook a lot. I eat out once a week and usually relax a bit on the weekends. I count calories and try and keep track of my macros, but not too into it. Exercise is something I love, but when I'm in school its almost impossible. I love hiking more then anything. I'm trying to find ways to squeeze exercise into my daily plan. Espronceda I feel like we are probably eating twins! |
