My name is Becca.

I saw this site in an awsome book i've been reading.
I've lost 40+ pounds so far almost 50

And i have another 45 to go. i hate saying that. it sounds so awful. haha

i'm really glad i logged on this site. i feel really good about this whole weightloss thing and an extra boost from everyone

I am addicted to exercising i think about it everyday. and all the whole heath magazines monthly thing.. plus weighing myself every morning.

It's been a crazy ride so far. i look forward to seeing how we all do

Welcome Becca, it's great to have you. And don't be embarassed about the weight! It sounds like you have done an EXCELLENT job and that you are well on your way to being exactly where you want to be. I do wish Monique was around, I think that y'all would find you have a lot in common.

I'm not addicted to exercise yet, but I'm trying to get that way. I've got a good friend who is helping me stay motivated for this Triathlon that I am doing at the end of July. I'll complete the Tri right before I start my first year of teaching! WoW! Anyway...I just know that you are going to love it here. Come on over to our July Goals and set some goals for yourself this July and then join us on the July Exercise page....I look forward to talking to more.

Welcome Becca!!!! Congrats on the 45 pounds. Weight loss is not an easy thing so be proud of your accomplishment.
