    I've made the decision to take a break from the scales. I never thought I would be one to become emotionally affected by the number on the scale, but it just so happens that I am at this moment in time. So until I feel ready, until I feel I've had at least a month of being successful in my workouts and nutrition, I'm going to stop weighing. Good luck everyone!
  • November is a bad month for me- my birthday, thanksgiving, and a ton of assignments due (which means stress eating-eep!) so I'm setting a very modest goal and I'll be more than happy if I make it

  • I've been really lazy with exercise the last couple months. I'm hoping to stick with something this month which hopefully will help me get passed 76 kg!!

  • Goal this month is to maintain. The cold winter months are not good to me when it comes to trying to lose weight. I'm just going to maintain for the next three months and start back up in February or March. I'll still keep track of my weight so I don't go nuts with the holiday food.
