Happy Halloween! November is tomorrow!! So I figured I would start up a new thread. Personally I'm training for a 10K so I hope to see a good loss this month!! Good luck ladies!

4. 158.9 lbs (+ 0.4 lbs) ~ Really disappointed with this considering I've been working out recently.

9. 157.8 lbs (+ 0.2 lbs) ~ Hmm...Still thankful it's not 158's but I don't like going up regardless! Trying to keep it cool here. Rome wasn't built in a day.

I've made the decision to take a break from the scales. I never thought I would be one to become emotionally affected by the number on the scale, but it just so happens that I am at this moment in time. So until I feel ready, until I feel I've had at least a month of being successful in my workouts and nutrition, I'm going to stop weighing. Good luck everyone!

November is a bad month for me- my birthday, thanksgiving, and a ton of assignments due (which means stress eating-eep!) so I'm setting a very modest goal and I'll be more than happy if I make it

I've been really lazy with exercise the last couple months. I'm hoping to stick with something this month which hopefully will help me get passed 76 kg!!

11/1: 76.0 (TOM)- it's my last day of TOM whoosh, but I'll take it!
11/2: 76.1- I was really hoping to see that 75._
11/3: 76.1- My legs are really sore from a 4.5 hour intense hike yesterday, hoping they're holding some extra weight.

11/7: 76.6- Education office took us to Seoul for a couple days, eating was way off.

Goal this month is to maintain. The cold winter months are not good to me when it comes to trying to lose weight. I'm just going to maintain for the next three months and start back up in February or March. I'll still keep track of my weight so I don't go nuts with the holiday food. :dizzy:
