hey ladies! Sorry I havent been around but I have been lurking! Its just crazy around here with school and work and working out. I havent lost any weight but I have been working on better nutrition and finding time to workout. I slipp up a lot on the eating but I dont beat myself up about it. I just pick up and carry on the next day. Dinner is my biggest probelms because I tend to have eyes bigger than my stomach come dinner and my twig soldier of a husband always and I mean ALWAYS. Has to have dessert so thats not the easiest. I have been.exercising more. As of today im on day two of a 21 day challenge with myself. 21 days to make a habit and I know I just have to be a strong person and push myself through!
