I'm great! How are you doing? My plan is to cut out as much "BAD" fat as possible from my diet and replace it with more fruits and veggies. I want to make a log of all the things I consume and the calories so I know how much I am consuming everyday. I also want to establish a great daily workout schedule, even if it is something really simple.
