If you are not familiar with Diet Bet, you can google it and read about it. I just completed my first one ever, and I made goal by 0.2 pounds- eek! However, I thought it would be fun to get some 3FC people together and have our own competition. If you read about it and decide you want to do it, comment here and I will set one up if we can get at least 10 people on board. I would like to do a $25 bet. It was super fun and motivating for me, and I think a lot of others would like it as well. You are a winner and get your bet back as long as you lose 4% of your weight in 4 weeks. You also get to split the winnings of those who don't make goal (I doubled my money in the game that just ended). Then you can take your winnings and buy some cute new jeans since you will need some.
I have started the game under "fit for fall", as I wasn't sure that I could use the 3FC name on the game. You have until 8/20 to join (although they allow late entries). You can sign up by going HERE. Hope to see lots of you over there!!

I signed up! Fear of wasting money is a great motivator for me! I've been using the GymPact app but I'm not a huge fan because I'm always rushing to get to a class and I don't have time to check-in then I end up losing money even when I've actually completed my pact...
Anyway, I'm looking forward to this and hope more people join!

Would love to know how it works. Also need to find out
how you get those little bars to record your weight loss.
