I guess I'm glad that I haven't gained but I'm worried about tomorrow. It's my "official" weigh in day and to be "on schedule", I should be under 149. And before anyone points out how silly it is to worry about a "schedule" for something so varying, I think the only reason I'm worried is because I've been perfect every day for the past week - except for Saturday, when I basically decided to eat literally double what I should.
I've been trying to make up for it ever since but I worry that I'll keep messing up. I know it's all up to me, I can decide, but I don't trust myself to consistently make the right choices. =(
