Woohoo! I saw 143.8 this morning it might be just a random low dip but I'm hoping it's for real. We'll see tomorrow I guess haha. Happy Sunday to anyone still out there!

Thanks to my mini whoosh I have been staring at high 140/low 141 for a couple days and I'm thrilled!! Hope anyone still out there is having as good of a week as I am!!

I'm in the 139s!! I'll probably bounce around some since TOM is here in a day or two so I'll stick in this thread until I think I'm solidly out of the 140s hope anyone still out there is doing well on their journey! It's been so quiet lately

I guess I'm glad that I haven't gained but I'm worried about tomorrow. It's my "official" weigh in day and to be "on schedule", I should be under 149. And before anyone points out how silly it is to worry about a "schedule" for something so varying, I think the only reason I'm worried is because I've been perfect every day for the past week - except for Saturday, when I basically decided to eat literally double what I should.

I've been trying to make up for it ever since but I worry that I'll keep messing up. I know it's all up to me, I can decide, but I don't trust myself to consistently make the right choices. =(

Hi all - I'm back after a long long long long break. I haven't worked out in about 3 years and have gained 11 pounds in that time December 2012 I hit my all time low of 138 pounds and back up at 149 this morning. Heres to re-dedicating myself to my goal.

Hey all! I'm 27 and 5'1". I was on here and doing well about nine months ago! I lost 20 pounds and was feeling great. I started a new job, and then found out my boyfriend cheated on me and I fell into a big ol depression hole and gained 19 lbs of that back. So! I'm starting over! I'm at 156 lbs and would love to eventually get down to 110-115! Nice to meet you all!

I am currently 152 lbs and as per my height it should be atleast 117 lbs. I am also having hormonal imbalance so periods are not regular. can anybody suggest any solution on it.
