171.6. I was down to about 166'n'change on Friday, and then... the weekend. The dreaded weekend. I'd like to try to be solidly in the 160s by next monday.
If I got to 164, I would be entering the "normal weight range" in terms of BMI, for whatever the heck that's worth.
Hey Y'all I'm new! Current Weight is 164 and I would like to get down to under 120. As for now my mini goal is to get into the 150s. Hopefully this weekend I can stick to my diet!
Hey, I'm finally comfortably out of the 180's at 177!!! I'm excited to join here.
A few days ago I started a crunch challenge to work on my abs but didn't stick too it. Not this time! I thought I'd post for the accountability. I want to do the thirty day crunch challenge to build my body up to doing crunches and quick home exercises in general. So I'll do the challenge, and then at the end of thirty days access where I'm at and how many I think I should/could do in a day, and aim to do them at least five days in the week.
Its nice to hear from people that are all in the same place as me
Edit: did day one of my crunch challenge with 20 crunches!!! Not as hard as I thought, I think I could have done more easy but gonna stick to the recommendation for now. What I need to work on is my form!!! That will be my mini goal for tomorrow when I accomplish day two!

Last weigh-in I was 174.8. It took me months to get from 183-->170s, so I'm glad to be officially in the mid-170s.
I cannot wait to be back in the 160's. 160, while too high, was a weight I felt somewhat comfortable with.
Hello Lettuce!!! I LOVE your user name Way to go for breaking out of the 180's, and I can't even remember the 160's myself but I'll get their one day.
I felt a little stuck in the 180's too, but that was probably just Christmas and New Years parties that kept me maintaining instead of dropping XD My bad!!!
Chiming in to say I did day two of my crunch challenge and got in 25 (somewhat lousy looking) crunches in. Getting better though.
I also set a new goal formyself... I realized at a pound a week it would take me 57 weeks to get to goal!!! I'm obviously in this for life (lifestyle change) so it shouldn't scare me. But I want a little more progress (arguably for anniversary in July) so I'm aiming for a pound and a half a week. Maybe I'll hit a plateau but oh well! Then I'll reevaluate and maybe aim for non scale goals.
Chiming in with Day 3 of crunch challenge, thirty crunches today! It's actually getting a little easier, at least that I did my first ten without complaining.
Also makes two days in a row of length swimming at the gym and a half hour walk
Thanks, Sense! I sat at my computer for like 5 minutes. I love puns, so I figured why not.
Maintaining during the holiday season is a huge accomplishment in and of itself, so kudos!!
I was at 174.6 this past week, so basically the same. However, I've been on plan and it's that time of the month, so I'm hoping for a bigger loss this week.
Chiming in to say that I'm still doing my challenge! Up to sixty crunches... Also learned how to do them properly through trial and error so no lower back pain, woo boo! Didn't realize how bad I was doing them at first until it hurt.
All in all I've been doing good. I also convinced my husband to buy me a scale for valentines day, I can't wait!!! (I have to be one of the few woman excited by thia kind of gidt on a romantic day) Not gonna weight until I get it... I'm wondering what it will do, if I'll fluctuate with a new scale. Hopefully I don't gain to much weight if it goes in that direction.. I don't know how accurate the work one is that I currently use. But I guess that's inevitable when you switch scales, right? Its pound to be a bit different, especially if it's new.
I'm pushing the 170 mark and don't want to end up in it so I'm going to try to get out of the 160's and into the 150's where I normally belong. My crappy year of 2014 is over and it's time to move on and get back to where I was, in every way, including health.
