173.8 this morning, so close to the bottom half of this group haha

gotta keep being strong, the weekends are always the hardest but it's done now on to the week!!

My scales hit 180 this morning so I thought I'd pop in to get some inspiration and keep me going. Hopefully I will see the 70s this week and be able to post on here for 'real'. I'm very excited, even though its the really early days of my weight loss.

Ended up having a very, very stressful Feb + March so I worked hard just to maintain at 177. Now I'm back on the losing wagon and I'm 175 as of this morning!

Hey all!

Back at this weight loss thing and seriously committed this time. Feeling fab!

A little about me: I'm a single mom of a beautiful 13 months old girl, and just finished my 3rd year of nursing school. Will be spending the summer starting my 4th and final year. Wohoo!!

So I'm here at 173.8 for this week's weigh-in. Spent 8 months on weight watchers and lost a grand total of 5.4lbs due to chronic regaining (not willing to make the changes I needed to). Now doing calorie counting with MFP to save some cash. Very effective in my past experiences and free!!

Currently doing a C25k and starting a new weight training program this coming week. Getting excited about fitness this time around!

Hope you ladies are having a great OP week. Looking forward to chatting with you all!

Hey ladies!
Sooo I have a major exam tomorrow and I'm a bit stressed. Typical behaviour at this time of year for me is diving into junk food to get me through the anxiety, but this time it's different! I've been taking frequent short breaks to decompress and have been eating regular meals and snacking on things like baby carrots, broccoli, and even chewing gum when I just feel the need to work my jaw.
I haven't been to the gym in a few days though and I'm feeling it. I'm anxious to get back and sweat it out!!
Official WI day is tomorrow and I'm expecting a decent loss. Looking forward to good news!
Fingers crossed for a job well done tomorrow, and then I'm gonna go hard at getting my body into shape this spring.

Good luck on the exam, Wannabe! And good job on not giving in to the junk food when you're stressed (I know how difficult that can be).

Today is my official weigh in day, and I'm down to 171! Almost a part of the bottom half of this group!
