I figured I'd join this group cause though technically I turn 3-Oh-NOOOOOO this year.. I am still 29 for another 7 months !!

& That's my goal.... to get in shape by my 30th birthday !! It took me 29 years to realize I am unhealthy.. but better late than never !!

30 is a big motivator! I just turned 27 & I hope to be in the best shape of my life by 30. It's never too late! Good luck, you can accomplish a LOT in 7 months

I also want to enter my 30s at a healthy weight, I am turning 30 next year April so in a years time. 7 months is a long time nitrus29, you can loose quite a bit of weight with dedication and commitment. Just stick to your plan and you will see results...

Turning 30 sure is a big motivator, isn't it?! Way to go on making the decision to enter your 30s healthy! I am 27 on Sunday and it feels like I will blink and my 20s will be over. I'm with you guys - going to enter those 30s looking and feeling awesome!

I'm on the same boat, but I don't think I will make it to goal before 30 because I am due in October, so there is no way I will lose my last 20lbs (or maybe more) in 3 months (bday is on January)

So here is hoping for 31 to be the year hahaha

Im turning 30 in March of 2014. I lost this same weight 2 years ago but let myself get back into a rut of eating badly and not exercising and ALAS here I am again! Turning 30 is so daunting IMO.....but I figure if I can be a smokin' hot 30-yr old it wont be so painful. At the end of the day if you're hot...you're hot regardless of age so here's to embracing aging and meeting our goals!

Ah yeah I'll be 30 February of 2014. So I'd like to be at goal by then I don't see why I can't it's just 40ish lbs
