You've got a lot going on. Just do the best you can. Pre-making meals definitely sounds like a step in the right direction. Cooking most of my food on the weekends and negotiating with my roommate for dedicated kitchen time (he's like, the most time-inefficient cook ever) has really helped me out.

I have no idea about the specific benefits of yoga, but I do know that it's possible to do weight lifting with canned goods and such. Could you briskly walk around a large building on your campus? Does your campus have a gym for students? Do your school library or public library carry any exercise DVDs you think you could do?

Hang in there. You can do it!

Unfortunately there's no gym on campus but I'll have to take a look in the library to see what they have. I think I'll start doing some laps around the school when we get breaks. I've cut out a lot of fat from my diet but I've got a horrible affair with carbs lol I know that essentially I'm pouring sugars in my body eating so many carbs but I get such intense cravings for them.

Ooooo don't fall into the trap that fat makes you fat. Fat can be good for you! Calories matter more than anything else (even exercise).

Good luck!

I like to stick to fats like coconut or olive oil and natural fats from meats (though I do go for butter when I want the taste lol). I just don't really like all the vegetable oils for some reason. I used to eat everything so greasy and stuff so I mainly mean I don't add unecessary fats. Our bodies need fat for fuel just not as much as I used to intake lol
