Ah! I felt the same way last night, when I PMS it is even worse. Instead of struggling with my craving I told my husband and he helped me get through it. He even threw our daughters left over bday cake in the trash! He wouldn't let me go in the kitchen and instead, we opted for a time out upstairs ;o) I am so thankful it felt amazing to wake up this morning and know that I did NOT binge. Instead of keeping so quiet and letting it ruin my mood, I am going to start telling people when my cravings are attacking me. Then it is out in the open and I can't sneak!
I would avoid the fruit juices and maybe add some good protein to your diet. I carry little snack size Balance Bars in my purse (no more than two! or I would prob eat all of them LOL) they have 7 grms of protein in them, 100 calories and taste good. They help get me through!
