Well don't forget it's next to impossible to keep all lean mass on the way down. I calculated my lean mass when I was around 190 and came out with around 100lbs lean muscle. I'm pretty lean now, but I still have body fat! Now the calculators say around 92-93lbs of lean, so I did lost muscle but since I was lifting on the way down I probably lost as little as possible.
