I do that too! If it DOES take that long, just call it Christmas in July.

This thread is so great!
I too have a winter coat that I keep trying on, but mine is from a few winters ago. It's still too snug in the arms, but fits everywhere else. I am hoping it will fit by the end of the month. Otherwise, I will have to wait until next winter.

Mine is from 10 years ago as I just HAD to have it! Then wore it one season and outgrew it. I could wear it now if I didn't have to zipper it but that would defeat the purpose in this cold! It's only a size L so it's pretty small in my eyes. And heck, Christmas in July sounds good at this point. I'll just have to crank up the A/C and enjoy my coat already lol.

elvislover- That sounds awesome! I had this jacket for so many years that I loved, it came from one of those funky mail order catalogs. I loved the h3ll out of that thing but then my mom donated it to Goodwill (without telling me) and I have seen jackets like it in plus size but due to the nature of the jacket it would look very strange in plus size. And the vintage Adidas jacket that my mom had since the 1970s. I wore it all through 8th grade until it fell apart on me. I keep hoping I'll find another on eBay one of these days.

I found another NSV today. I did one of The Firm workouts that I bought back in 2009 (when I was close to my heaviest) and worked out with it. When I first did it, I really struggled through it and had to pause it several times. This time when I did it, it was a little tough but I barely broke a sweat. When it came to the end (of a 31 minute workout) I was like, that's all you have?? Bring it! lol I though that was pretty awesome.

I'm laying on the couch, and I just did a scissor (lifting on leg up while laying on my side) and it was soooo easy! My leg feels so light!!!!!!
