Gotta force myself to stay on plan...
At the end of January, I'm heading down to florida for a vacation to visit some realitives, that I haven't seen for awhile...The last time I saw most of them was 5 years ago, when I was around my heaviest.
I want to look the best that I can, be fit, and get back down to my 180 weight hopefully by then(because thats where I feel the best about my body)...I'm back to 186 and 3 pounds a month seems do-able but the holidays are making it tough for me to avoid sweets.
Last year I just tried to maintain until Jan 1, and did sucessfully but this is the first time I'm trying to lose weight around this time. How do you guys force yourself to stay on plan, and avoid temptation???
