I won't know my weight until January 7th. Congrats to those that have been losing, that's exciting. Like usual, I've eaten poorly the past couple days. Today though has been good. I will be below calories and am going to start working out twice a day for the next few weeks because I'm off and have nothing else to do.

We also took our Christmas card picture and it bums me out because I just look so fat. It isn't even in one or two, it's all of them which makes it worse because that means I don't look fat. I AM fat. Ergh...Well, I suppose this is the time to do something about it so I don't nearly cry after next year's pictures.

Well, I am obviously doing a poor job at checking in here and that is a direct reflection on how I am doing with my diet and weight loss. I don't know how many times I can 'recommit' myself, but I guess as long as I move forward it doesn't really matter how many steps I have taken back in the past. I want to be out of the 180s by Christmas... I saw 181.4 this morning. That wouldn't be frustrating if I hadn't seen 180.0 on Thanksgiving. I have basically wasted a month. In any case, I haven't really slipped back and gained. If I crack down on my diet, I know I will feel better and hopefully Ill give myself the Christmas gift of a lower number.

Don't get discouraged!!! I was exactly where you are only a few weeks ago, except I was stalled for two (almost three) months... Keep recommiting yourself (there's no limit on times you can recommit). You're almost there!!!

Well, I seem to be staying on track again. That is very good news because I tend to do very well once I've been back on the wagon for a couple days. Normally its day 2 of being back on track when I veer off track again. I feel really good about how I have done the last couple days and I expect to have some good weigh in for a while. I feel like I am over the hump of getting back into exercise and eating right and now I can just follow the routine again. No thought about motivation - just back to commitment.
