sooo this morning was 193.2 which is NOT the number I want to see but at the same time its getting back on track so that makes me happy!! Hope you ladies are having a fantastic day!!
Sunday is weigh-in day. Down to 185.4 on the scale, but some of it is probably fake water weight loss from my hard workouts Fri and Sat. On track for 179 lbs by Christmas.

Way to go Blcarter! Whooshes are what make staying on plan worth it! You've earned it from the sounds of things! It takes a lot to stay on plan when you've not seen progress for a while.
Hoping tomorrow I will be in the 180s again, just need to make myself stay OP today and get a half decent workout in. Being in the middle of TOM its hard to want to do anything but sit on the couch with the discomfort.
Hey guys, I just got in the 190's! I started at 253, went down to 191, then back up to 210 and now I'm 198. I want to go down to 152. I hope I can do this within a year.
Ok, so I'm back. I have had a whirl wind of a couple weeks, but haven't lost anything. I think I will lay off the scale for a couple days while I get back on track so that when I do hop on again it is accurate without crazy water gain and headed in the right direction. In the past couple weeks I have accepted a new job and flown to NY to pick out a new apartment. Now I have the holidays coming up, plus I get to pack and plan for my big move in Jan. I need to also get back on track with my weight loss. I have been at this size long enough that it feels normal and I'm starting to just feel fat again. At most I have gained back 2lbs, so Im not worried but I do need to get back in gear. I will come back here daily to check in and make sure I am keeping myself on track.
