Hi All
I'm new around here. Starting out at the rather horrifyingly dizzying heights of 189 lbs, with 70 lbs to lose. Haven't done anything special today - just wrote down a long list of the reasons why I want to lose weight and the main stumbling blocks I forsee. I've not managed to stick to losing weight for more than about 3 weeks before but I'm hoping with the support from here I can stick to it this time.
I'm planning to start the couch 2 5K programme tomorrow so fingers crossed about that.
