Ughhhh So I weighed in at 166.1 today. I'm 3 up from where I was It was so disconcerting today. I just wanted to give up, but I did my workout and still ate right at 1200.
It's frustrating because I ate less than 1500 calories both days this weekend and only didn't work out sunday. I think it's water retention, because I drank Saturday and Sunday and had salty food. I'm going to drink tons of water tonight and tomorrow before my next weigh in and hopefully it's gone. I also got bit by a ton of sand gnats and now I'm covered in bug bites and have to take stupid benadryl to stop itching. Tomorrow is another day!
Back to 163.4 which is .1 less than I was last week. Still frustrating how I went up three pounds and then lost in a week, but whatever, as long as I end up on the low side.
I went from 164 to 167 in two days. I know exactly what went wrong, but it makes me angry. Technically, I know that I am the only one to blame for my weight loss or gain but I can't help but blame the out of the ordinary eating pattern I've been forced to have since Monday. My weight loss and maintenance works best when I don't eat past 8-9 PM.... Everyday this week has wrought havoc on that. Not only is it the timing, but when I finally do get to eat I feel deprived of food and go into this kind of blind eating frenzy. My portions become larger and my will power becomes smaller.
I also haven't been on here in a few weeks, and thought that maybe posting here would kick my butt into shape.
Hi I'm new here, but my first "official weigh in" was 172 yesterday, and it's my second day of dieting! I am hoping to be down to 160, which will at least put me out of the "obese" category by the end of May!
Just barely started this week I am 175 and 5'8 and my goal is 130... I am not really a scale type of girl but weighing in every week or two weeks wouldn't be so bad right?

Cinnamon I weigh every day, but if that is going to give you anxiety, only weigh as often as you need to keep accountable
TOM started and I shot back up to 171 from 166. Tryin' not to get frustrated, 166 3 weeks in a row. I think it is time to buckle down now. I'm not playin' anymore.

TOM usually puts me up a few pounds, they'll be gone before you know it!
I've weighed in exactly the same for the last 8 days which was testing my patience. I finally saw a drop today, it was only a pound, but at least I'm not stuck anymore. My weight loss really slowed down when I started exercising again (after 4 months of not) so I think it's just taking awhile for my body to adjust. Currently sitting at 177.1.
