Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: I technically started in January 2013. I would say November 2013 is when I got my first body assessment and wake up call.
Starting Weight: 130 pounds, 33% body fat.
Present Weight: 130 pounts, maybe a little less body fat.
Goal Weight: 20-23% body fat (I am not focused on pounds)
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Not becoming impatient.
Following any specific plan: Eating as clean as possible, less cardio, more weights
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: The assessment really put my weight-to-fat ratio into perspective. It also made me think hard about my perceived health.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I've discovered that doing this alone is not easy. My boyfriend does not go to the gym and believes that just running will do the trick. I need a group of people to help keep me motivated and to share my progress, or lack thereof, with.
Hobbies/Interests: I love reading! I also like to go bike riding =)

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Controlling my emotional eating and my bad habits.
Following any specific plan: Eating smaller meals, working out at least 4x a week.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am sick of not being able to fit into my pants/being embarrassed to wear form fitting clothing. I quit my evening job which only gave me 1 hr in between my first and second job. I also reinstated my 24 fitness gym membership and picked a gym where I can NOW take classes each day after work =)
Anything else you would like to share with us: I've discovered that I am an emotional eater (when I feel upset or sad). I've been working on controlling it!

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weight loss: I get bored with things really easily so I think that if I want to keep losing weight I need to switch up my exercise plans and food choices pretty regularly. I also hate counting calories, I feel like it takes too much time so that may be a problem lol.
Following any specific plan: I've never really tried to lose weight before so I'm kind of lost on where to begin...I am going to try to start forcing myself to exercise more, count calories again, and buy more fruits and veggies instead of breads and meat. Oh and MORE WATER!
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have never felt this way before and I realized I had problems when all I could think about was how ugly and fat I was in the mirror...the nagging is always there in the back of my mind when I wear anything and when I had to go up to a size 14 I was so ashamed of myself. It's especially bad now and it seems like being fat is all I can talk/think about so I decided that it's a new year and I want to feel and look my best when I graduate.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I've read a few posts in this community before and I joined My Fitness Pal but I didn't really feel comfortable there so I'm hoping that this is the one for me If you have any tips for newbies please PM me since I do feel a little lost and ashamed.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I don't like going to the gym and I don't have much space at home. Plus, I don't have a lot of money for all the healthy food I'd like to eat because I don't live alone and we're on a tight budget.
Following any specific plan: I'm following my own workout and diet plan from several years ago which worked like a charm. Working out three times a week (and gradually increasing that to 4 and five times a week) plus calories counting (1300 calories a day).
