So I got up asscrack early to go to the gym today and I stair climbed for 10minutes to warm up before biking at high resistance for 45 minutes. And now my belly is huuuuge. It looks like I got impregnated by the bicycle! I had a bottle of water with me (710ml) for during the workout and another one for the walk home. By the time I got home my pants were beyond snug and i have this pulling feeling in my gut. And to top it all off, I usually weigh a half pound less after working out, now I weigh 3 lbs more!!
When will this water baby go away? I have to work today in 4 hours, I hope it won't stick around!
