Default *~August Daily Weigh In!~*

Welcome to the August daily weigh-in thread! Here we weigh in daily and talk about what's happening on the scale. I wouldn't recommend sensitive weighers to join this challenge, as the fluctuations on the scale can be a bit crazy - but all in all I think it's a great way to chart progress.

To join simply post in the thread your official 'August daily weigh-in post' and then go back to this master post to edit your daily weights each day. You then use this post and copy the url to your signature (all details on how to do this below) and then voila! I think this way offers the thread to be more open to conversation and we can support each others progress!

To do this follow these simple steps:
  1. Post in the thread your main post, the layout of it is entirely up to you. Some people like to put all the dates first, others like to add as they go along, some of us get a bit crazy with colours! It's all up to you how you do it. But either way, find your post and in the top right corner of your post there is a number, click on it!


  2. You will be taken to the url of just your post. Fancy. Copy the url from this page.


  3. Go to your User CP and to the Edit Signature section and in your little shiny box enter this code (without the spaces) [ url = (link) ] My Weigh In Post [ / url ]. You can see an example below, whatever you want to call it is up to you, as long as it's obvious what it is!


  4. In this example I obviously didn't try and make it fit in with my signature, but you can see the result!

This summer has been pretty much a wash for me.....but I need the accountability of weighing in everyday, especially since some vacation trips are coming up this month!!

8/20: 159.4 - YAY!! I was 100% OP during the vacation! I even got in several days of exercise!

8/24: 159.6 - How is that even possible? Oh well, hoping for it to be gone tomorrow
8/25: 158.8 - Better
8/26: 158.6 - Hoping for under 158 by the end!
8/27: 158.4 - NO LONGER HAVE AN OBESE BMI!
8/28: 158.2 - My body is loving .2
8/29: 157.8 - Yay!
8/30: 157.2 - It would be awesome if I could hit 157 this month
8/31: 157.0 - I almost started dancing on my scale... too bad I can't dance.
