Good to see so many people signed up!

I promise I'll get a "before" pic posted sometime soon.

I ate like a hippo these last three days, and I'm now experiencing the er....side effects. So even though I've got a nasty sore throat and small fever, I'm still gonna work out every day to battle the bulge.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

kariatari Yeah isn't it awesome how many people are signed up! I hope you feel better these next few days

I'm going crazy not being able to exercise this week! But next week is climbing in the sierras and I have to be completely rested Instead I've just been limiting my cal intake and funnily enough giving myself a break from exercise has allowed my body to drop some weight from my sore water filled muscles

This is my first time participating in a challenge, and it might sound stupid, but I LOVE looking back at the days, and seeing what I have done in terms of excercising... Is it stupid to excercise just so I can long on and post what I'd done??? I mean I'm really happy to get healthy, and I am SUPER excited to be loosing the weight (finally), BUT my God, is it ever exciting to write something down next to today's date!!!

I feel the same way!!! It really makes you feel good to look and see what you've done. I've been very motivated by coming on here and logging what I've done.

I participated in June and July of the last challenge and I was the exact same and still am. It's almost like a little reward for myself to come and post what efforts I have put in for the day.

I thought some of you girls may be interested in this website: fitnessblender.com. They have a ton of free full-length videos, and I just had to share.

I'm used to doing my own kettlebell routine, but I tried their's last night and it kicked my butt. They have a ton of different stuff with minimal equipment, and I think it's just a husband and wife team that do this in their garage. Pretty cool.

steph hope your birthday was awesome

I got pack from my trip to the sierras early since my sister got injured....she's fine though! It was just a really really really crazy trip......I actually ended up exercising more in less days then I thought I would for the whole trip! My body is super beat up though and then the trip kept TOM at bay but started as soon as I had a real meal and actually got some sleep So needless to say I'm very unhappy with the scale right now.....

How's everyone doing??? Anyone discover some new awesome exercise they love? Or maybe went on an exercise trip like me?

Dottington- Glad your sister is okay and that you had a good time! Don't worry about the scale too much, I'm sure you'll have a huge loss pretty soon from all the walking and backpacking

Just got back from a trip myself. It wasn't an exercise trip, but it was a lot of fun! I weighed today and it looks like I'll break even or have a 1-2 lb gain, but I'm okay with that. After getting lost multiple times in Chicago, I'm glad to have the normal stuff back and am looking forward to getting back to my workout routine.
