Hello All,
I've been trying to find ways to help with my weight loss and something I thought would be fun would be to ask you all what is something that has been the most helpful to you in your weight loss journey. It could be an inpirational quote, a new food that you found, or maybe a new gadget/app that has helped? I just thought it would be fun to see some different things that have helped other.

hey! I didnt lose any crazy amount but finding healthy meals that I loved and looked forward to really helped me. Also cutting out all drinks besides water. I know that helped a ton! DH just traded out water for gatorade and lost 11 lbs without doing ANYTHING ELSE!

Honestly, this site has helped me so much. I don't post a TON, but just logging on everyday and reading other people's journeys and tips on exercise/diet/etc. gives me so much motivation. Also, I started using myfitnesspal.com (and the iphone app) to log my calories and exercise everyday. This has helped me TREMENDOUSLY. If you're a calorie counter, I'd really recommend this or a site like it.

I've found that myfitnesspal app has been great. Seeing the amount of calories I consume and being aware of them makes me stay on track way more than if I didn't, plus it's like a game!!

I LOVE myfitnesspal! I love seeing how many calories my friends have burned or when they've eaten really well in a day. Keeps me motivated along with being accountable when tracking everything! That has been the most helpful thing for my eating habits. Feel free to add me, my username is s_taylor19
