I just wanted to share that I Have hit my second mini-goal, I have officially lost 20 lbs! I have yo-yoed for years and this makes one of the most solid weight losses I have ever had. I have stalled a few times, but no crazy binges, no throwing the diet to the wind, actual healthy eating, exercise and watching calories. I have 60 left to go, but now I feel like I know I can do it! 1/4 of the way there. I want to thank everyone on this site because while I don't post a lot, I do login here everyday and ready everyone's posts. I get such strength and motivation from all of you ladies getting it done!
