i am stuck on 165 this week becoz i was abit out of control lol and could not resist sweets and chocolates and i am not feeling like excercising.. OMG what has happend to me !! i am surprised to see the chart many of us have lost 3-4 lbs. if you could tell me all of you are excercising or just portion control?

Oh lordy this past week has been something else!

Birthday, work retreat, and WAY off course for the whole week. Thankfully I'll be heading out camping tomorrow and Saturday. But still, I feel like I need to detox or something like that. ><

I gained some pounds this week
I am not surprised with all the eating and lack of exercise due to all my work traveling...thankfully I will be back to my normal routine and expect a much better weight next week!!!

So yep, a gain this week, but my weight actually got a lot higher over this last weekend, so I'm just glad it's back down somewhere in the neighborhood of where it was last week!

Think after seeing 139lbs yesterday and with the dinners I've had yesterday and today, I don't think I will see a loss this week. Was 138lbs this morning. Have only been doing weight lifting all week and no walking! Just haven't had the motivation for it this week. Even felt like doing the weight lifting was a chore for me to do. Not a great week really! But we shall see what tomorrow brings.

sorry about the delay. I will post the week 2 and 3 charts together on Friday and then hopefully stay on track for the remainder of the challenge. Also I am slowing climbing back on my diet. I should finally post a loss this week.

TOM! I forget about this... It's due any day now...I wonder if this is possible for the ups and downs this week. I never usually gain a lot, if at all when TOM is visiting. But could be a reason as well as the constant wanting for food the last two/three days.

I guess we are all connected!! TOM is screwing up with my progress as well...I can't wait to be down to 172.1, that will mark my 10lb weight loss!!!

Looking forward to checking on the scale tomorrow - I've decided to do twice-weekly weigh-ins for now. So far, it's keeping me on target throughout the week. I'm doing my official weekly weigh-in for WW on Monday mornings and then my check-in for this challenge on Thursday mornings.

For all you TOMmers out there, may he leave you quickly (and take a pound or two with it!)

I am so not looking forward to that little visitation next week haha. I heard someone refer to TOM as Shark Week haha. I'm feeling super happy about the progress that I've made so far this week (I went home a while back and "borrowed" my older sister's scale). It is crazy to think that next month is the start of school already! Where did the summer go?

Well if TOM does arrive, he won't be bugging me for too long. I start my next birth control pack on Saturday so he will only be around for a day or two. Weighed in at 137lbs again this week. I guess no gains is good! Now I 6 days to reach my July goal of 136lbs! LET'S DO THIS.
