I'll stay on plan today because it's ridiculously hot and humid, but I want to feel like I earned my shower at the end of the day. TO THE BIKE!

I will stay on plan today because I have a family reunion that begins this Friday. I want to feel strong. healthy and confident when I see family members that I haven't seen in 2+ years.
