Even though I can't calorie count daily because it triggers unhealthy behaviors in me, when I start having a problem either in my diet or my weight loss or my exercise I sit down and do some calculations. Turns out since I started working out 6 days a week I have been under eating by hundreds of calories, despite almost never being hungry. Well, I was probably a little under calories before that as well.
So I upped my calories. I "gained" 2lbs the next day. I know I didn't actually gain 2 REAL pounds but I'd like to know how long other people's bodies went nuts after upping their calories. Will I see fluctuations like this for the first couple of days? First week? Two weeks?
