Oh! i forgot to add, that sometimes instead of yogurt I'll use a bit of silken Tofu. it works just as good, has protien and good for those trying to stay away from dairy or animal products.

I usually had about a cup of frozen berries (I love raspberries) yogurt to cover, papaya if I have some and a handful of oatmeal. When it is blending, I add some water or milk to thin it down.

I like to throw in a handful of spinach, water, and frozen fruit (dole makes a good one with mango pineapple and strawberries).
I think a cup of fruit is 70 calories and a cup of spinach is around 70 also, so 140 calories total which is pretty good for calorie counting. |
I have a shake every morning for breakfast. I generally use 1 scoop "**********" and 1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder (I'm allergic to dairy, so can't have whey or cassein). I mix with water or almond milk. It's plain jane but it tides me over until lunch for not too big of a calorie punch and has lots of good for me stuff in it as well. Sometimes I toss in a scoop of vitamin powder as well.

Thank you all for all of these ideas!
