Count me in as well!! I am doing a personal 12 week challenge as well so this should help me along. I've gained back 10 over the last couple months and I'm looking to get back on track! At the end, I am hoping to be as close to 200 pounds as I can get.

I would love to join this challenge! My goal weight by July 4th is 140, but I am going to be more realistic and go with 145.

hooray, wednesday weigh in and my bloat from eating too much over the weekend is finally starting to go away. i've had some foot pain and by doctors orders can't go running, so i'm trying a new hot yoga place closer to my house. i'm going to go tonight and tomorrow!

My goal is a bit of a push for me, since I tend to lose only about 1 lb. per week, but I would LOVE to get into the 150's by July 4th, so I'm going to try for 11.1 pounds!

I'm counting calories and exercise. Last night the pup and I took a 15 minute jog, and then I did one of those yoga classes on Netflix. Tonight I'm gonna try the jillian 30 day shred video. Yay for water weight! The morning the scale read 164 again!!!

i'm also counting calories (i calorie cycle with an average of 1450 a day) and work out-- i usually run twice a week and hot yoga once a week but i cant run for awhile due to an injury so i'm just yoga and walking. i use myfitnesspal and have a fitbit as well as a heart rate monitor to track my calorie burn.

I do cardio on my elliptical and count calorie. right now im calorie cycling to jump start the weight loss. plateaus are no fun.

Hey Everyone! I'm also calorie counting (with calorie cycling) and exercising. I shoot for 300 minutes of cardio per week and also do some strength training. I do cardio on the elliptical and I'm getting into running. I'm doing the Couch-to-5k plan (this is week three.)
