Two more days left of my first week of dieting and almost down 10 pounds. I don't care if it is all water weight lol Take 10 pounds of water out of a person's body and they start to look different lol

So here goes. After I finally dropped the 2 extra LBS that were on me for 2 weeks almost. (ARGH!)

I am starting at 135.3 (but I left off at 134.7 so let's stick to that!) and my goal is to be at 132 by the end of the month. A low goal that I can always change when I want to.

I decided to show the 8th's weight to the first decimal place since I didn't actually go down to 202 but I did drop down .6 pounds. I don't think I'll make 10 pounds my first week, which is fine. But I am hoping to get down to 202, which would be 8 pounds for the first week. I'm having a really hard time today and wanting to eat a lot. Wish me luck and determination to stick with my diet!

Cool Vacation Coming!!!

Just started South Beach diet on 5/4 after a loooong plateau:

5/4: 180
5/5: 179
5/6: 177.7
5/7: 177
5/8: 175.4
5/9: 174.2!!! It's working!!!!
5/10: 175.0 (I know some fluctuation is normal, but that's driving me nuts! I
did so well yesterday!)
5/11: 174.2
5/12: In Seattle for 3 nights; NO SCALE Had some beers yesterday, but back on track today .
5/14: Getting back from Seattle tonight. scared to weigh in. There was a lot of drinking in the last 3 days. And a hot dog.
5/15: 176.8 Not as bad as I expected considering how much I drank... starting my 2 week south beach thing over.
5/16: 176.4
5/17: 175.0 !!
5/18: 173.2 YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No irreversible damage on my trip!
5/19: 174.0 not so cool. I stuck to my diet and did a 2-hr bike ride.
5/20: 173.2
5/21: 172.6 This is not real. I broke my diet and had like 7 beers last night (no food though!). I think this is just dehydrated weight.
5/22: 173.8
5/23: 172.8 I don't think I can make my vacation goal but its on the beach and I need to wear a bikini
5/24: 173.2 UGH!!! I'm so mad. I feel like I will never be out of the 170s...
5/25: 173.2
5/26: 173.0 I didn't lose anything this week
5/27: 171.0 YEA!!!!!! Now I just want to be in the 160s by the end of the month!

Hope to be 159 by June 20th when I go on vacation!

MINI GOALS
169- 160s!!!

159- YEA!!! 150s!
155- My "healthy weight range" ala BMI
149- In the 140s!
145- Ultimate goal. May go down; we'll see how I look

Uchicagogirl- I do South Beach Diet too..and it totally works!
Also you can't get the ticker just yet. I think you have to be a member for a certain amount of time and have so many posts. But congrats on the loss already

After a LONG time away and up 10+ lbs, I'm back and would love the extra accountability!

Starting weight (May 9): 143.4
Goal: 138 by the end of the month. This is a little ambitious, but I'm counting on water weight, plus this is my period week. Here we go!

May 09: 143.4
May 10: 142.6
May 11: 142.4
May 12: 142.4
May 13: 141.6
May 14: 142.8 I was within calories yesterday, but had two high-sodium meals. Annoying.
May 15: 140.6
May 16: 141.4
May 17: 141.6 I've been totally OP, so the scale is frustrating me today.

5/11: 180.8 - Disappointing, but I really didn't eat too well yesterday. Walking at the mall.

5/13: Didn't weigh myself...and ate massively badly for Mother's Day (hubby cooked me lobster over pasta......drool)
5/14: Didn't weigh myself, looking forward to getting my Jillian Michaels DVDs in the mail soon.
