I commend you for sticking to it for 30 days! There's a reason why even though I follow the Primal Blueprint that I stick to the 80/20 rule

One day off plan here and there won't totally derail you unless you let it. Life's too short to go crazy about every little thing anyway! As long as you are on plan most of the time you should be ok.
If you want pizza and things like that, you can always look into making your own version of it. I bought some whole wheat flour with the intent of making some whole wheat pizza. I know, I know it's not primal, but if I go too long without having pizza I will crack
