For any of you that are in the Quarter systems at college, you know that Spring quarter is starting up! I would like to focus this challenge on the months of April, May, and June! To lose weight and get ready for the summer months!
I am currently sitting at 220 and have been stuck in this rutt for he past 3 months. I want to use these 3 months to lose the 20 pounds and finally be down in the 100's!
Finding time to work out with school, work, and partying is quite hard, but I am dedicated to making it work this quarter.
Are any of you ladies in a similar boat?? I think this would be a great little challenge to motivate eachother and focus on just the 20 somethings.
We would weigh in regulary once and week on Sunday or Monday (whichever works best for you) and there would be a table rewarding women who get closer to their goal every week. What do you say ladies?? You ready for this?
