Well, it's been a rough two days. Yesterday I worked a 12 hour shift and today I worked a 13. These long days are just bad. I eat and eat and eat and eat, just because I'm bored and because there are cookies at work. I probably had 6 cookies today
I'm also so darn tired after these shifts that I have no energy to work out. It's ok though. I still have 3 days left to get back on track before weigh in day on Monday....just needed to get it out a bit.
