Wearing a U.S. size 10 high end dress. I was looking for my usual size 12 but they were out, so I figured no harm in trying it just to see if I like the cut on me...Well it fit!!
I can't believe I will soon be in the single digits...

some t-shirts that I couldn't even wear 3 months ago now fit and fit WELL. I'm happy to be getting more of my wardrobe back. There is a whole section of my closet devoted to my smaller clothes that I hadn't been able to wear.

Loving the feeling of muscle soreness. It's sort of an addiction, oddly! Never thought I'd say that!

My NSV was fitting a size 6 Betsey Johnson dress and almost fitting a size 6 Michael Kors dress (it zipped up and I could wear it but it was snug on the hips-- going to get it tailored when I lose some more weight). Best thing was they were both under 7 dollars each at the thrift store! Betsey is my favorite brand I've never been able to fit in and it didn't occur to try it on once I lost weight. Michael Kors is my second favorite and I just couldn't be happier to own a dress by him.

For me hubby asked me to try on his 32" jeans. Those are his 'skinny' jeans as a few months ago he wore a 34". I was able to squeeze into the 34" a few months ago. Well, I tried on the jeans and they weren't even snug! (Just too long). It felt GREAT!!! He looked pretty surprised too - I put them on in front of him, so he saw there was no struggling or fighting the zipper, etc.
Oops! Just realized this was in the 20 somethings! Sorry!!! I'm old and crusty 42!

Get it girl! I don't think my husband has ever seen anything lower than a 36 (as an adult)... I'm sure he'd die of shock if he ever made it to 32.

I have two! Last night I did two work outs.. ran for 1.7 miles and then did the 30 Day Shred. I've never done two work outs in one day before. I'm very sore today, but I'm also very proud!
The other one is I'm currently wearing an adorable skirt that I haven't been able to wear in 3 or 4 years.

Being sick and unable to exercise and still maintaining/losing .4lbs over the course of two weeks.
I could NOT have done that before.

When I started running 1.5 miles to get ready for a fitness test, it took me about 18 minutes - on Sunday I ran it in 12:33! I also did 20 full push ups in a row yesterday

Not feeling guilty over life getting in the way and me going out for dinner after I already was almost at my calorie-goal for the day. YAY! I just went and did not care but also knew it would not be like a splurge thing. Or an excessive thing. Just, going somewhere to eat with friends.
Also for the second day in a row I did not buy something from a vending machien while it was late at night and I had the change in my pocket and the thought going through my mind that I could buy a mars or whatnot. And on both occasions I realised I did not even want to. And I saw no reason to do so. In the past this would have been really hard. But I seem to be aware of why I eat more.

I started wearing my summer dresses today and I noticed something that thrilled me to no end.......my not-pregnant, pregnant looking belly is not looking quite so pregnant anymore. My boobs are actually sticking out farther than my stomach now!! I am thrilled.

I got cat-called! At school! In the middle of the day! When no liquor was involved! Sorry but 80+ pounds ago that never would have happened.

Buying a shirt tight and two to three days later it is loose on me.
Going to yoga and being able to keep up with the skinny gals.
Being vegan for a month. (This is my "diet" of choice.)
