I've never measured my daily weight fluctuations before, so I think this thread will be very educational. I only count my monday weigh in as my 'real' weight, so that I can see the trend rather than ups and downs.
 181.4
 Don't remember
 Don't remember
 180.0
 179.4 (please stay!)
 Didn't weigh (day off)
178.4 (after a workout, not before, so probably a bit dehydrated)
 177.8!
Change:
-3.6 lbs
177.6 (after run. I only weigh at the gym, so there's no consistent time of day)
179.6 (late in the day, after a day's worth of food and probably 2 day's worth of sodium!)
 Didn't weigh (day off)
 Out of town
 Out of town
 Out of town
Out of town (and eating TERRIBLY)
Change: Don't wanna know
185 (Ate lots of salty food, drank a ton, TOM, weighed in before workout later in day with shoes on. Everything I could do to make this number higher, it seems like I did! Also, different scale since the one I usually use in the gym is off-limits for 2 weeks. But I'm back eating well and working out, so hopefully a long weekend of slacking won't set me back too much!)
181.5 (pm, before workout, TOM, miss my scale)
 181 (pm, TOM, before workout)
179.9 (pm, TOM, before workout - I can easily gain 2 lbs by midday, so I feel happy that my huge TOM/wagon fiasco has mostly corrected itself!)
 No weigh in
