Since January 8th, I have lost 13 pounds and I am feeling so good about myself. I am still far from goal (weighing 204.4 pounds this morning, goal weight 150). Tonight was the first time in probably a year and a half that i just had 'me' time. Locked myself in the bedroom, had music on, gave myself a pedicure, bought myself a special face mask, and tried on clothes that I am still not able to wear quite yet but I can feel myself getting there
. Do any of you get like this when you are losing weight? It's a shame I don't do this more often anyways. I hope whenever I am feeling discouraged I think of how I feel tonight and it will kick me back in gear!
