Riestrella Ė Iím glad to hear youíre having a great time. Iím glad he noticed and is giving you compliments about your weight loss (though heíd be dumb not to! Lol). Good for you for sticking to insanity! Whenever me and my ex that was LD dating would be together Iíd always gain the 10-15lbs I had lost back, it was just too easy to go out to eat/get fast food/lounge around. Youíre awesome!

Musical Ė I know what you mean. My parents are aware Iím eating better, but donít make it any easier. Actually my mom was in the hospital due to colon problems, said she had to eat better when she got out and sheís back to her old habits. She actually said to me ďitís so hard to eat healthyĒ. I wanted to scream at her that itís 100 times harder for me when I watch her eat sh!t and I cant (plus watching her eat it when she really shouldnít be). I caved this weekend after she came home with sushi that I had been craving. I originally said no that I didnít want any, and I was on plan for the day. Went down to have my snack (fruit), which I usually have and got out the leftover sushi and just stared at it until the sushi won.

Wow Iím impressed with my results on the charts. I was hesitant to join, and I wish I had of seen riestrellas nice comments before the weekend haha. I had a bad one but Iím back on the wagon today.

Congrats to everyone for a awesome week

The weekly charts are the top 20 who had the highest % of weight loss for the week.

You have to weigh in 2 consecutive weeks and have lost over the course of those 2 weeks. I do the charts for the top 20 biggest losers, but on the spreadsheet if you look at the bottom tabs you can see where you are in each chart.

Edit - Yeah, as torito said, it's based on percentage of weight loss - that's how the ranks are always decided.

Well last week I came out even without gaining or losing after eating and drinking so I told myself that I must be retaining water and that I'd see a bigger drop this week becaause of it. Well... after not weighing myself for a week (normally I weigh myself multiple times a day but I gave it up for lent) I'm actually UP 0.4 lbs! It was so discouraging and I actually called my bf and cried. I ran yesterday which usually puts my weight up a little the next day and I know that tom is right around the corner so I'm really really hoping that I'll drop some weight this next week. :/

RebaRamBam- Maybe you just had a high water weight day? Since you avoided the scale all week you most likely did dip lower on more then one day

darlingbrit- Hope you feel better soon...I've had a head cold the past 4 days now...damn changing seasons xD

I weighted in at 183.8 this morning which, for the first time ever, puts me in a normal BMI range =D...So i'm happy

Musicalastronaut - I'll definitely join you in that dance!

Baker23 - Great job!! That's such an awesome achievement!! YAY! And I'm assuming that you're right about having a high day so I guess I'll just have to see how this week goes.

Hey I had said I would do this before it had started but I went out of town and I just got back. Are we supposed to post our weight and weight loss here every week?
