Default Illness

For the past couple of days I've been feeling really tired and I think I am coming down with a cold or flu but this means that I've not been able to exercise and I'm eating way below my allocated ww points, I'm just worried that not eating enough will have a really negative effect on my weight loss because I want to lose weight in a safe and healthy way but I just can't face eating

If you don't feel like eating much don't force yourself. You're sick. Try to rest and allow yourself to recover. The faster you recover the faster you can get back on track.

Take your meds, some supplements to make up for eating less and rest well. Remember to drink water.
Health comes first.

Put your weight loss aside right now and worry about getting better

Just get right back on track when you're feeling better and you should be fine!

You can also try having more calorie dense foods if you are eating a smaller amount, so you get a bit of energy and nutrition to help you get better
