Sorry for the life story... But I just wanted to share my experience and why and how I got to this point.

I would love to join all of you in this journey, I had 3 babies in 4 years all thro highschool I was 140-145 month after i graduated i was up to about 160 and then august of that yr preggo! lol yup 2 months out of highschool....and then i was a baby factory for pretty much 4yrs! So now I just turned 24 And I'm ready to loose all this baby weight I have gained!!! As many of you may see when I joined I attempted to get started last year and then I got the worst news you can get my husband had cancer. So all last year I dedicated myself on him and we got thro it no more cancer! such a scary thing! now I want to celebrate a healthy family finally in 4 yrs by loseing this weight and being happy! all of my kids were preemies so a lot of nicu time ect past 4 yrs have been more stress and downs than I could imagine for being so young. heres to a better year and a better ME!

i know its tough that why I wanted to do this thread so we can make it together! : ) And like I always say to the women who have given birth. At least you have a reason for gaining your weight. I have just chosen to be overweight my whole life. lol but we can do it. lets update each day.

lol i know what you mean. i couldnt remember being smaller than 220 in years at least 6-7yrs so the 220's were a brick wall for about 6-7weeks but i dont want 200's to be that way to. So im fighting this one. although its been 4 weeks lol.

i cant remember either the last time i rember a 1 in my weight was in 7th grade at 140. wich is also when people started calling me fat. After that i blocked it out. and then 4-5 years ago i remember 220 then right before i started my wieghtloss i was at 255!!!. So lets do this!!!

By December of 2010... I had ballooned up to 215lbs

Then it slowly started to creep up on me even further in May 2011.. I was between 220-225lbs.

Until I reached the highest weight I've ever been in my life (of course not pregnant though) 232lbs!!!

I have always struggled with my weight and have always been heavy. the lowest I have ever been was 150-160lbs in my adulthood (from 2004-2005). But due to emotional eating from a bad situation, I would always gain the weight. Then other times, a bad situation would come and I wouldn't have the appetite to eat, and would lose the weight. So its has always been a up and down cycle.

This year.. I am in a better place. I am more stable emotionally and learning to love myself and not being dependent upon another person to make me happy. Right now, I don't like the way I look because of the weight, but I love the person that I am. AND I know that in 2012, its gonna be different. i will get it off and keep it off.

Coming from a child of a single mother. My mother always said she couldnt imagine life without us 3 kids and for how hard it was it was always worth it. I think the biggest saint in this world is a single mother. Your amazing lovely!

that is tough. Thank God for the blessing of healing. Thats wonderful to hear. And now your ready to fight for your health to wich is also wondeful. lets do it.

ok so it is now monday 1-30-12



i am still at 207.4!!! lol


but my weeekend was insane!
Now I was completly on plan....
friday-207.4
Saturday-209.4
Sunday-210
Monday-207.4

Now remember I was on plan all freekin weekend! What the heck is all that?
lol but i know no matter what i have to stay on plan to make it to Onederland. So today once again on plan. this will be my 7th consecutive day on plan. Lets do this. Although my body is playing a sick joke on me, Im not gonna laugh and Im not giving in.


How is everyone else doing?

I was on plan completly yesterday. wich mean 8 consecutive days on plan.
I started school yesterday. so a bit of extra excercise wether i like it or not.

This looks fantastic. I love the Onederland threads, but it always makes me feel awkward when I'm the youngest person there. It's great seeing on here in the 20s thread.
Reading through all the posts is great and seeing how we're around similar levels makes it even better congrats ladies!
I'm on my way to. Although I've got 23 lbs to Onederland, a bit more than a few of you

Wonderful to see your here to. I know how you feel i always feel like the youngin' to. Thats ok if you have 20lbs more. i was there at one point and now im here. and so will you!


weighed in today at 207.4. I think this is day three of after TOM stall. Wich means hopefull a loss tomorrow or within the next two days.

todays update. I finally lost after being all wacco with my weight up and down and then stalled for over a week. I feel great and am so thankful i had the strength to stay on plan! Weighed in at 206.6 wich means a .8 loss!

i have done the same over and over, but i am only in onederland for less than a week... I am back in it today 199.6, i hope yesterday was the last time i see 200 in my life. You will get there. Good luck!!
