Getting to onederland is no different than going from 209 to 208!
(That's what I'm telling myself!!!)
I have been working really hard this month and I lost a lot, but somehow the idea of leaving the 200's seems like a whole different ball game - very daunting! But I decided that instead of looking at it as a big roadblock that I will have to overcome, I will just look at it as "gone within a week" weight! I will throw everything I have at this mess, and by July 31, I'm out of the 200's for good.
It's all in the mind, and if you are really close, then do everything you can to get past it because the sooner you do, the sooner you will be in a new place looking at new goals, rather than dwelling on this one number!
