I updated my info, I'm getting my head back in the game and I've got more fail days that success days as it stands. I'm starting 10k race training on Monday for 8 weeks, it's for charity and I've put my name down so I have to do it!
Okay, I totally fell off the wagon for about two weeks. No exercise, crappy food, gained about 3-4 pounds. Yuck. Isn't it funny (ha ha...) how two weeks of being off-plan will erase a solid month of hard work? Anyway, I'm back on now! Had a good run yesterday, and a short run the day before that. Rest day today (but I'll take a walk!), then another run tomorrow. Feels GREAT to be back on track.
This is mad so so true, i was doing quite well with exercise , and have been eating and drinking since Thursday and i feel like a whale today, and its like i never excercised, aw well fresh start and all that...
well done on the Running.. ill agree with the back on Track after i get my workout over
It seems we all had some bumps during the half way point, but now we are OVER half way through this challenge! I can't believe how quickly its going by!
I've been sick for almost two weeks now--a sinus infection followed by costochondritis--but today my sinuses feel free and clear and the pain is almost completely gone from my ribs. So I've been eating at maintenance and resting instead of exercising.
I plan to take a long walk tonight to test my ribs out, and if I feel this way again tomorrow, I'll be back at the gym for spin class and weightlifting after work.
My consolation is that I haven't gained any weight, I'm still halfway to my goal of 38 workouts from Feb-April and I've successfully completed one of my personal challenges. YEAHHH.
We are 2/3 of the way through the challenge!!! Home stretch guys! So how did everyone do in march? I starting lifting heavy and incorporating hiking in every week which I love.
ok my exercising is going well, but ny food plan is a disaster.. today i figured i'd better come back on and become accountable cos i have now gained 10lbs
AAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
other then that i am not gigantic as the exercise is toning my body but socialising is on a halt for the next 4 weeks.,.
Still going! 10K training has been great. Love being back outside running. No where close to being at my goal weight but I've still lose some so that counts for something!
Fell off the wagon.. but I've found it again thank god. Eating is back on track and so is my exercise. Only one month till end of challenge so I have some catching up to do!! Plus I do my first 5k mud run in a month, YIKES!
Back into exercise, had a lull of 8 days ..that flew.. but eating was off the charts.. so taking that in toll.. and started exercise today.. also feel lighter already ahaha
ok hope everyones happy with their progress
i need to put in a serious 3 weeks to have any kind of a loss.. but i am committed
I have got a new bike, started back into jogging and started 13-23km cycling and i have lost 9lbs this week...
i am so thrilled.. been on such a bad cycle of exercising and then ruin it by bad food.. but this week started detox i am so happy right this second
hope everyone had a great easter
this is my first loss since JAnuary... and i feel like this is it now, no more biscuits and crap lol
sorry just felt like shouting my happiness somewhere
Nearing the end of the challenge, i am only 1Lb down since we started, i am down inches and have more energy from the exercise..
best of luck to everyone for the last week
