Okay, I totally fell off the wagon for about two weeks. No exercise, crappy food, gained about 3-4 pounds. Yuck. Isn't it funny (ha ha...) how two weeks of being off-plan will erase a solid month of hard work? Anyway, I'm back on now! Had a good run yesterday, and a short run the day before that. Rest day today (but I'll take a walk!), then another run tomorrow. Feels GREAT to be back on track.

I updated my info, I'm getting my head back in the game and I've got more fail days that success days as it stands. I'm starting 10k race training on Monday for 8 weeks, it's for charity and I've put my name down so I have to do it!

Good luck everyone with the 2nd half!

I've been sick for almost two weeks now--a sinus infection followed by costochondritis--but today my sinuses feel free and clear and the pain is almost completely gone from my ribs. So I've been eating at maintenance and resting instead of exercising.
I plan to take a long walk tonight to test my ribs out, and if I feel this way again tomorrow, I'll be back at the gym for spin class and weightlifting after work.
My consolation is that I haven't gained any weight, I'm still halfway to my goal of 38 workouts from Feb-April and I've successfully completed one of my personal challenges. YEAHHH.
