I'm back!!!  Only gained two-five poounds after the wedding, honeymoon (in New Orleans  ), Christmas, newly wed life...but I have started to notice that my muscles have gotten very weak and my cardio is pretty crappy. So I am going to jump back on the wagon.

Fiiiinally down! I've been between 143.6 and 144.6 for the last two weeks, and I finally dropped down to 142.8 this morning! Feels great when you get out of a plateau, doesn't it? Hopefully I can get a couple more days of downward movement before we stall again, since I've been freaking PERFECT with the food and exercise this week.

Riestrella, nice! Does your boyfriend know you've been losing or will it be a shock to him? Either way, it ought to be a nice surprise! Will you be in the US long?

I've been having a GREAT week so far, personally. I'm down 2.2 pounds since Sunday (141.4 now!). This is absolutely ridiculous for me. But I guess I've earned it since I was on-plan all last week and didn't lose a damned thing.

I have an app on my Iphone called Lose It! and it helps me stay under 1400 calories a day and i work out 5 times a week. I also avoid eating bread after 7pm. I drink almost a gallon a day. My hubby is also on board this time  . He has lost 27 lbs so far too
